Instructors
PETE FOWLER
Pete Fowler is a construction consultant, professional cost estimator, and President of Pete Fowler Construction Services, Inc. (PFCS). Pete received a B.S. in Construction Management from CSU, Chico. He has held certifications from AAMA, ASPE, ICBO, and others. Mr. Fowler has published articles in national magazines and has been invited to speak by the most important groups in the building industry (AAMA, APRA, ASPE, ASTM, BETEC, CAI, ICC, NIBS, RCI, etc.). Pete has experience with successful expert witness testimony, including in Federal Court.
Pete Patterson
Pete Patterson has over 45 years of building experience as a carpenter, superintendent, construction manager, building designer, general contractor, custom homebuilder, and expert building consultant. His career accomplishments include design, consulting, and general contracting of super-custom homes from California to Maine, and penthouses from Las Vegas to Honolulu — satisfying the most discerning clients on the most high-stakes projects.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT INFORMATION
This seminar is open to the public and offers 6.5 PDHs to professional engineers and 6.5 continuing education hours to architects in most states with continuing education requirements. This seminar does not qualify for California’s mandated accessibility continuing education requirement for architects. Continuing education is not required of California professional engineers.
This event has been approved by the American Institute of Architects for 6.5 LU or LU|Elective (Sponsor No. J885). Only full attendance can be reported to the AIA/CES.
HalfMoon Education is an approved continuing education sponsor for engineers in Florida, Indiana (License No. CE21700059), Maryland, New Jersey (Approval No. 24GP00000700), North Carolina, and North Dakota. HalfMoon Education is deemed an approved architect continuing education sponsor for New York architects.
This course also offers a non-credit continuing education opportunity for construction contractors. Credit approval is not being sought in any state with a contractor continuing education requirement.
Attendance will be monitored, and attendance certificates will be available after the seminar for most individuals who complete the entire event. Attendance certificates not available at the seminar will be mailed to participants within fifteen business days.
