It has been a constant struggle to decide how to structure a presentation
Start the presentation design with a design template, not PowerPoint
A storyboard needs a Beginning, a middle & an end!
Set up the story first
Continue the design using the 3 x 3 x 3 template 3 2 1 3 3 2 1 2 3 2 1 1 3 3 2 1 3 3 2 1 2 3 2 1 1 2 3 2 1 3 3 2 1 2 3 2 1 1 1 Details Explanations Key Points
Now implement the design in PowerPoint
The sentence from each cell will become a slide title
In the "Notes View," write the narrative for each slide
Finally, add graphics to illustrate or reinforce the slide's message
